In 2020, the emblematic race celebrates its 30th anniversary!

The EDP Lisbon Half Marathon is part of the new international Super Halfs circuit, which includes the Prague, Copenhagen, Cardiff, and Valencia Half Marathons. It is considered one of the fastest in the world.

This race has the annual participation of 35 thousand athletes and starts at the 25 de Abril Bridge.

In view of the decision communicated by the World Health Organization (WHO), the responsible entity postponed the tests until the 5th and 6th of September, a date defined in accordance with the competent entities. All registrations automatically switch to the new dates.

As this is a year of celebration, there will also be novelties in the Mini-Marathon, which will be 10 km this year instead of the usual 7.2 km, and it will also have a new starting time: 10:40 a.m.

To prepare for this great race, you can participate in the Mini Marathon in Luso. The 2020 edition has 3 categories: the Luso race (7km), Passeio das Famílias (4km), and the Mini Campeões race (1.5km).
