EDP is the Consumer's Choice

For the third consecutive year, the brand has been recognized as the 'Consumer's Choice' in the 'Energies and Services for Domestic Use' category. In 2018, EDP reached an overall assessment of 84.7%.

Brands were assessed based on their performance in 2017 by identifying the most important attributes for consumers and by evaluating brands within each category, thereby enabling us to determine which brands have the highest customer satisfaction and purchase/recommendation intention levels.

Speed/efficiency when addressing complaints/failures, 'no-hidden-catch' respect for customers, clear price per KW, trust in the company and its services, quick answers to information requests, and the quality of the brand's Technical Assistance and customer service were some of the aspects under evaluation.
