The Safety Regulations for Work Execution for the EDP Group Enterprises, which strengths the requirements set out in the Contract Documents, aims to establish safety requirements to ensure the Adjudication and provide information so that work or construction, maintenance or demolition in production infrastructures and distribution of electricity or in buildings, are executed safely.
The Safety Regulations for the provision of Administrative services and Logistical Support for EDP, establishes a set of safety requirements for the provision of administrative type services and logistical support, on a regular basis, to the EDP Group companies.
Respecting safety rules established in these Regulations is one of the conditions of compliance with the rendering of services contracts and the contractor contracts. These apply to Contractors and their subcontractors, in which the Contractor fully answers to EDP for compliance.
