2020 has been a different year, a year that has changed the plans of many people due to the pandemic. Therefore, in order to counter all the of cancellations of events and festivals, EDP launched the Surf Experience. With a new format, EDP provided, with all safety measures, the best experience in learning how to surf.
EDP Surf Experience
The event offered a unique and distinct experience to the public and institutionalized children, helping them breaking down barriers so they can face the future in another way.
The initiative took place at Carcavelos beach, on the 7th and 14th of September, and offered free surf lessons to the public and charitable associations. In addition to the surf lessons, there were also other types of experiences, such as yoga classes, plastic arts, music, among other activities that involved the community, offering them enjoyable outdoor moments.
